These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of vividinteriors.co.in and to the false ceiling, partition and related interior services provided by Vivid Interiors ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. For any project, the terms in your written quotation take priority wherever they differ from this page.

1. Use of This Website

The content on this website is general information about our services. Designs, photographs and descriptions are for illustration and may differ from the final work at your site.
You agree not to misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading information through our contact form or blog comment form.
The text, photographs, logos and designs on this website belong to Vivid Interiors unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Customer reviews shown on this website come from our Google Business Profile and reflect the views of the reviewers.

2. Enquiries, Site Visits and Quotations

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept our written quotation.
Any price discussed before a site visit is an estimate. The final quotation is given after we measure and inspect the site.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. After that, prices may change, for example because of changes in material costs.
Unless a fixed price is agreed in writing, the final bill is based on the actual area measured after the work is completed.
Any change in design, material or scope that you request after accepting the quotation may be charged separately.

3. Payments

Payment terms, including any advance payment and payment stages, are as stated in your quotation or agreed in writing.
We may pause the work if agreed payments are not made on time.

4. Your Responsibilities

Provide safe and timely access to the site, and the electricity and water needed for the work.
Obtain any permissions needed from your building association, landlord or local authorities.
Tell us before work begins about any hidden wiring, plumbing, leaks or structural problems you are aware of.
Clear furniture and valuables from the work area, or allow us to cover them.

5. Timelines

We aim to finish work within the agreed schedule. Timelines can be affected by changes in scope, delays in payment or site readiness, material availability, weather and other events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any delay.

6. Materials, Finish and Warranty

We use materials as specified in your quotation. If a specified material is unavailable, we may suggest an equivalent alternative, which will be used only with your approval.
Small variations in colour, texture or finish between samples, photographs and installed materials are natural and are not defects.
Any warranty on our workmanship is as stated in your quotation. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers under their own terms.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by water leakage or seepage, structural movement, misuse, or changes made by others after installation.

7. Cancellation

If you cancel the work after accepting a quotation, you will be charged for work already completed and for materials already bought or delivered for your project, unless your quotation says otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific work concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through this website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms
